Appeal from the 394 District Court of Presidio County, Texas (TC# 3220) ORDER

Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion for pro se access to the appellate record. The motion is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the Presidio County District Clerk forward a copy of the appellate record to the Senior Warden of the John B. Connally Unit, 899 FM 632, Kenedy, Texas, 78119, for use by the Appellant, Christian Lara TDCJ #01967132, under the supervision of said Warden and/or designated custodian of records. It is further ORDERED that the record shall be returned to the Presidio County District Clerk no later than thirty days from the date of its receipt. The District Clerk is directed to notify the Court in writing of the date on which the record was forwarded to the Connally Unit for Appellant's use. Further, on the Court's own motion, the Appellant's pro se brief is now due on June 3, 2015.
