ORDER

Per Curiam:

Joseph Lee Lapsley appeals the Jackson County Circuit Court judgment denying a Rule 24.035 amended motion for post-conviction relief. Mr. Lapsley pleaded guilty to first-degree domestic assault and was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment.

For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
