Appeal from a decision by the defendant freedom of information commission denying the plaintiff's request to order the named defendant to provide certain state police records in connection with a crime committed against the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Koletsky, J.; judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
