The second paragraph of the judgment ordering that the property in question constitutes a single buildable lot within the meaning of § 5.3.1 of the Stoneham zoning by-law and G.L.c. 40A, § 6, is vacated, without prejudice to the defendant landowner taking appropriate steps to determine the status of the property.
