LANTERN RIDGE PRESERVE, LLC, JOHN TATUM, TAX MATTERS PARTNER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris Judge.

This case was previously calendared for trial at the Court's February 13, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session.

On January 23, 2023, docket entry 21, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report which indicates that the administrative appeals process with the IRS Independent Office of Appeals is complete, and the parties did not resolve the case. The parties would like time to confer on the best course of action for this case, and therefore request a Joint Status Report be due by July 24, 2023.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 24, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 24, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Stipulation of Facts to establish basic jurisdictional facts.
