On May 29, 2024, docket entry 33, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating that this case has since been returned to respondent's Independent Office of Appeals for further consideration. The parties continue to prepare this case for trial and anticipate a site visit to occur the week of June 16, 2024.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 16, 2024, the parties shall submit decision documents, or file with the Court a status report (jointly, if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.
