An appeal and a cross-appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 20, 2018, And an appeal having been taken from the order of the same court entered on or about June 7, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated October 26, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeals, previously perfected,(Cal. Nos. 2018-1070 and 2018-2979) and the cross-appeal (Cal. No. 2018-3867) are hereby withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
