Petitioner/plaintiff-appellant Olga Mary Lansing, by a "motion to reinstate notice of writ of certiorari" filed on July 9, 2009, which we deem as a motion for reconsideration, seeks reconsideration of the May 15, 2009 order rejecting the application for a writ of certiorari, filed on April 22, 2009. However, HRAP 40.1(h) provides that "[n]either acceptance nor rejection of an application for a writ of certiorari shall be subject to a motion for reconsideration in the supreme court. The rejection of an application for certiorari shall be final." Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion for reconsideration is dismissed.
