Opinion

September 23, 1955.

Application for stay of an order entered in the Supreme Court, Albany County, on September 21, 1955, granting temporary alimony and counsel fees. It appears that several appeals in this action are now pending. Stay granted, without costs, upon condition that all appeals be argued in this court on October 5, 1955, at 1:00 P.M. If the respondent is not ready for argument upon that date the stay is continued until the further order of this court. Foster, P.J., Bergan, Halpern and Zeller, JJ., concur.
