ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's June 5, 2023, Memphis, Tennessee, trial session. On February 7, 2023, the Court served on petitioners a Notice Setting Case for Trial and a Standing Pretrial Order, which were later returned to the Court by the United States Postal Service. The envelope in which the Notice and Order were mailed was marked "Return to Sender - Not Deliverable as Addressed - Unable to Forward."

On March 22, 2023, petitioner informally provided Court personnel with his current mailing address. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of the (1) Notice Setting Case for Trial (Doc. 8) and (2) Standing Pretrial Order (Doc. 9) on petitioner at his current address.
