Order granting motion to punish defendant for contempt modified by reducing the alimony to $400 a month as of June 2, 1931, and as so modified affirmed, in so far as appealed from, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ., concur; Davis, J., dissents.
