Order so far as appealed from by the defendant Margaret A. Delaney affirmed; and order so far as appealed from by the plaintiff and defendant John M. Delaney reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the plaintiff and said defendant, and the motion denied, with ten dollars costs. No opinion.
