Lance LANIER, Appellant, v. CITY OF COLUMBIA, MO., Respondent.

Richard A. Barry, III, St. Louis, for Appellant. Jaren P. Vessell, Columbia, for Respondent.

Richard A. Barry, III, St. Louis, for Appellant.

Jaren P. Vessell, Columbia, for Respondent.

Before Division Two: Janet Sutton, P.J., and Alok Ahuja and Mark D. Pfeiffer, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM: The Labor and Industrial Relations Commission denied Lance Lanier's claim for workers’ compensation benefits, based on its finding that Lanier's work activities were not the prevailing factor in causing his injury. Lanier appeals. He argues that the Commission's award was not supported by competent and substantial evidence, and erroneously applied the law. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties setting forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
