LINDA S. LANGR, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On May 4, 2023, petitioner electronically filed a document with the Court under the designation, "Exhibit(s)." The document appears to be in the nature of evidence, and petitioner is therefore advised that the document has not been received into evidence by the Court and that, unless otherwise directed by the Court, the appropriate time to present documentary evidence for inclusion in the Court's record is at the trial of this matter. As previously noted in the Court's Order served May 3, 2023, evidentiary materials generally are not filed with the Court.

Recently, petitioner contacted the Court informally and advised that the zip code listed in the mailing address for her in the Court's records is incorrect.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced filing appearing at Docket Index No. 13 is recharacterized as petitioner's "Exhibit(s) to Petition." It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall correct petitioner's mailing address in the Court's records such that the zip code listed therein reads "20724."
