ORDER

This case is currently set for trial on the Court's Washington, D.C., remote special hearing session, with a time and date certain of 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, March 30, 2022.
On March 23, 2022, the Court held a pretrial conference call with the parties. In light of the discussion, it is
ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced remote trial session. It is further
ORDERED that this case is calendared on the Court's April 11, 2022, Honolulu, Hawaii, remote trial session, at a time and date certain of 5:00 a.m. (Hawaii Standard Time)/11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. This place of trial is for administrative purposes only. The parties are expected to appear via ZoomGov at the scheduled time. Should petitioner Thomas W. Langlois fail to appear on this remote proceeding, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of prosecution. It is further
ORDERED that Mr. Langlois shall file a pretrial memorandum with the Court no later than March 30, 2022. In the pretrial memorandum, he should include the issues in this case, list of witnesses, a summary of facts, brief synopsis of legal authorities, and evidentiary problems. Separately, and no later than March 24, 2022, Mr. Langlois shall send an e-mail to respondent's counsel with the contact information of the witnesses listed on the pretrial memorandum and his current certified public accountant (CPA). ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate at the trial beginning April 13, 2022.
