Petitioner's "Response" filed February 15, 2022, references a motion not filed and ignores the warning contained in the Order of Dismissal, entered January 28, 2022. That being so, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Order of Dismissal is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that for the reason set forth in the above-referenced Order of Dismissal, this case is dismissed. It is further

ORDERED and DECIDED that petitioner shall pay to the United States a $250 penalty pursuant to I.R.C. section 6673(a).
