PER CURIAM

The Department of Revenue's amended motion to relinquish jurisdiction or, in the alternative, confession of error is treated as a concession of error. We accept the concession and reverse and remand for vacatur of the Final Administrative Support Order and further proceedings thereafter.

Reversed and remanded.
