On December 14, 2023, in Docket No. 15726-22, and December 18, 2023, in Docket Nos. 15727-22, 15728-22, and 15729-22, Petitioners filed with the Court a Motion to Consolidate. Petitioners requested consolidation of the above-referenced cases for purposes of discovery, trial, briefing, and opinion. On January 12, 2024, the Court issued an Order granting Petitioners' Motion.
On May 15, 2024, the parties filed with the Court Proposed Stipulated Decisions in Docket Nos. 15726-22, 15727-22, and 15728-22. The parties did not file a Proposed Stipulated Decision in Docket No. 15729-22.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that Docket No. 15729-22 shall be severed from this consolidated group of cases. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of these cases shall continue to be retained by this Division of the Court.
