In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fifth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Langenhorst v. Norfolk Southern Ry. Co., No. 5-02-0459. The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of Dawdy v. Union Pacific R.R. Co., 207 Ill. 2d 167 (2003), and First American Bank v. Guerine, 198 Ill. 2d 511 (2002).
