MEGAN MARIE LANGE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS

On Appeal from the 161st District Court Ector County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. B-23-0069-CR

Panel consists of: Bailey, C.J., Trotter, J., and Williams, J.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

This appeal has become stalled due to the failure of Joel P. Rodriguez, the court reporter for the 161st District Court, to prepare and file in this court the reporter's record, which was originally due on July 26, 2024.

Rodriguez has filed four requests for an extension of time to file the reporter's record in this cause. When we granted his third request on September 27, 2024, we reiterated that two prior requests for extension of time had been granted, and we directed that the reporter's record be filed on or before October 25, 2024. Rodriguez missed the deadline required by our third notice, instead filing a fourth request for extension seeking an extension to November 25, 2024. Rodriguez's fourth request is granted under the terms set out below.

By this order, Joel P. Rodriguez is ORDERED to file the reporter's record in this cause on or before 5:00 p.m. on December 11, 2024. If the reporter's record has not been filed in this court by that time, Joel P. Rodriguez is ordered to appear in person at 3:00 p.m. on December 12, 2024, in the courtroom of the Eleventh Court of Appeals in Eastland, Texas, to explain the delay.
