ORDER

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 18, 2021, for cases in which Dallas, Texas, is the place of trial.

On August 12, 2021, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing, indicating therein that petitioner does not object to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for document subpoena hearing filed August 12, 2021, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for hearing on the status of the case at a Washington, D.C. special hearing session of the Court that will be conducted remotely starting at 1:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a notice of remote proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than September 8, 2021, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third party has complied with the subpoena and a hearing is no longer necessary.
