GREGORY A. LANG, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On July 25, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, the third paragraph of the Proposed Stipulated Decision incorrectly refers to petitioner in the plural sense, as "petitioner(s)." Because of this typographical error, the Court is unable to process the Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration of the above, it is

ORDERED that the parties' above-referenced Proposed Stipulated Decision is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 19, 2024, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision.
