CHRIS CONDON LANG, Petitioner, v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Tamara W. Ashford, Judge.

On June 29, 2023, pursuant to the Court's May 22, 2023, Order, respondent's counsel filed a Status Report, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case. Respondent's counsel reports that on June 14, 2023, petitioner contacted the Court regarding the status of her case, stating that she was unsure of the location of the decision document and wanted to speak with respondent's counsel. Respondent's counsel further reports that on June 15, 20, and 28, 2023, she attempted to contact petitioner by phone, but was unable to leave a voicemail due to her mailbox being full. Respondent's counsel also reports that on June 21, 2023, she emailed petitioner regarding the status of the proposed decision document and if she required a new copy; petitioner has not responded. According to respondent's counsel, she intends to file a motion for entry of decision in this case if petitioner remains unresponsive. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before August 16, 2023, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or thereafter respondent may file a motion for entry of decision.
