In Re: John Laney, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 619,975. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, MCDONALD, AND DRAKE, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The trial court's judgment of May 17, 2016 granting the Louisiana State Board of Nursing's motion to Quash hereby is reversed and judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff, John Laney. The materials requested are not privileged, are reasonable in scope and directly relate to the causes of action in Laney's suit. As such, the records sought are relevant and requested for good cause.
