The decision of the Court of Appeals in this case was reversed by the Supreme Court in Lane v. State, Ga. (S.E.2d) (2002). Accordingly, our decision in Lane v. State, 248 Ga. App. 470 ( 545 S.E.2d 665) (2001), is vacated, the judgment of the Supreme Court is made the judgment of this Court, and the judgment of the trial court is reversed.

Judgment reversed. Ruffin and Ellington, JJ., concur.
