ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Dutchess County, dated March 10, 2011, and an order of the same court dated March 4, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 14, 2012, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
