Ernest Amaya Landin, Jr. v. The State of Texas

ORDER Trial court case number: 14-DCR-066491A Trial court: 268th District Court of Fort Bend County

On February 16, 2016, the trial court granted the States's motion to seal all portions of the record containing the complainant's name. The State has filed a motion to unseal the record, contending that the court reporter refuses to release volumes 8-9 without a court order. We decline the State's request to unseal the reporter's record, but agree that the complete reporter's record must be filed in this Court.

Accordingly, we order the court reporter to file volumes 8-9 of the reporter's record under seal on or before November 14, 2016.

It is so ORDERED. Judge's signature: /s/ Michael Massengale
