ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 11, 2023, show cause in writing why the cases at Dockets No. 8248-23 and 8250-23 should not be closed on the ground of duplication with the case at Docket No. 6288-23. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 11, 2023, show cause in writing why the caption of the case at Docket No. 6288-23 should not be changed to read "Santos A. Bojorquez Landaverde and Maryoris A. Lopez Bojorquez, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
