ORDER

Jennifer E. Siegel Special Trial Judge.

This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's May 13, 2024, Boston, Massachusetts trial session. On April 10, 2024, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely. Respondent does not object to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion is granted and the trial for this case will be conducted remotely at a date and time certain of Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). The parties need not appear at calendar call on Monday, May 13, 2024, as previously directed by the Court's Standing Pretrial Order served February 2, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.

The parties may contact the Court at the telephone number shown in the Standing Pretrial Order to request a more convenient time and date for the trial, or to advise the Court that a trial is no longer necessary.
