ORDER


Having heard oral argument on November 29, 2000 and having read the correspondence of counsel, we hereby for good cause shown direct plaintiff to serve upon defendant's counsel by no later than December 13, 2000 a complete written report signed by Dr. Rosario Trifiletti that is fully compliant with Fed.R.Civ.P. 26, including within the report identification of the name, docket number, and venue of the case in which Dr. Trifiletti had previously testified; the data or other information considered by the witness in forming the opinions expressed in his report; and the compensation, as best as can now be scheduling order shall remain unchanged.

SO ORDERED.
