Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 14, 2019 and on or about July 12, 2019, and from a judgment of the same court, entered on or about August 12, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid judgment entered on or about August 12, 2019 pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for an order sealing certain documents. Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of sealing the motion and directing that in future filings with this Court, any copy of the affidavit of William Bailer, sworn to October 3, 2019, or any of the documents attached as exhibits thereto, shall be filed under seal, and shall remain sealed upon filing. The branch of the motion seeking to stay enforcement of the judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, is denied.
