Decided January 10th, 1939.

Suit for Accounting — Rents.

In a suit by defendant's children for an accounting of rents collected by him from leasehold properties distributed to them by him as executor of their deceased mother, held that the decree for plaintiffs was, as to the amount to be accounted for, sustained by the evidence.

Appeal from the Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City (O'DUNNE, J.).

Bill by Anthony Lanasa and Anna Lanasa Monti against Joseph Lanasa. From a decree for plaintiffs, defendant appeals. Affirmed.

The cause was submitted on briefs to BOND, C.J., OFFUTT, PARKE, SLOAN, MITCHELL, SHEHAN, and JOHNSON, JJ.
