ORDERED that the Court's Order, served July 28, 2022, calendaring these cases for trial, is hereby amended to change the date and time of trial in these cases to 10:00 a.m. (et) on November 6, 2023 through November 17, 2023, in the Center Courtroom at the United States Tax Court, 4002nd St., NW, Washington, D.C. 20217. It is further
ORDERED that the parties pretrial schedule set forth in the Motion to Modify Order, filed May 19, 2023 and granted on May 23, 2023 remains in full force and effect. Should the parties need to make any modifications to the pretrial schedule, the parties may do so by filing a motion to modify.
