ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION AND STIPULATION TO DISMISS AMENDED COMPLAINT AGAINST STATE DEFENDANTS WITH PREJUDICE


BASED UPON the Joint Motion and Stipulation to Dismiss Amended Complaint Against State Defendants With Prejudice filed by the parties, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED as follows:

1. The parties' Joint Motion and Stipulation to Dismiss Amended Complaint Against State Defendants With Prejudice is granted.

2. The claims against the State Defendants are dismissed in their entirety and with prejudice.

3. The Court orders the entry of a final judgment of dismissal with prejudice as to the claims against all State Defendants in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b).
