PROCEDURAL ORDER


The above action seeks review of a decision by the Secretary of Health and Human Services denying Petitioner Social Security disability benefits. The Court's jurisdiction is limited to reviewing the administrative record to determine whether the decision is supported by substantial evidence in the record and whether the proper legal standard has been applied. Notwithstanding any other rule governing the procedure in civil cases, IT IS ORDERED;

1. That Respondent shall serve and file his answer to the petition, together with a certified copy of the transcript of the administrative record within ninety (90) days of the date of service of the Petition for Review.

2. That Petitioner shall serve and file a brief in support of the petition for review within thirty (30) days following the filing of the administrative record.

3. That Respondent shall serve and file a response brief within thirty (30) days following the service of Petitioner's brief.

4. That Petitioner may file a reply to Respondent's response within twenty (20) days of service of Respondent's response.

5. That the matter shall be deemed submitted fifteen (15) days after filing of Petitioner's reply brief without hearing, unless otherwise ordered by the Court; and

6. That no extensions of time will be permitted without order of the Court.
