Appeal Dismissed.

Unpublished Opinion is below.

JUDY C. LAMET, Petitioner Below, Appellant, v. ROBYN M. LAMET, Respondent Below, Appellee. No. 73, 2000 In the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware July 13, 2000

JOSEPH T. WALSH, Justice.

ORDER

This 13th day of July 2000, it appears to the Court that:

1. On June 5, 2000, the Clerk issued a notice directing the appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29(b) for the appellant's failure to diligently prosecute this appeal by failing to pay to Family Court the required filing fee.

2. On July 3, 2000, the notice to show cause was returned to the Clerk's office stamped, "Return to Sender; Unclaimed." The notice to show cause had also been sent by regular mail to appellant on June 15, 2000. Because the appellant has failed to respond to the Court's notice to show cause, dismissal of this action is deemed to be unopposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 3(b) and 29(b) that the within appeal is DISMISSED.
