Dismissed and Memorandum Opinion filed November 13, 2012.

On Appeal from the 127th District Court

Harris County, Texas

Trial Court Cause No. 2010-11491

MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an interlocutory appeal from an order signed April 10, 2012, denying an application for a temporary injunction. Appellant requested and was granted an extension of time to file his brief until July 30, 2012. No brief was filed, and appellant did not request a further extension of time to file the brief. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a), (d).

On September 11, 2012, this court issued an order stating that unless appellant filed a brief by September 28, 2012, the court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b). Appellant has not filed a brief or any other response to the court's order.

Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.

PER CURIAM

Panel consists of Justices Seymore, Boyce, and McCally.
