Appeal, No. 82, Jan. T., 1967, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, No. 10935 of 1963, in case of Louis Lambert v. Daniel J. Prestileo and Bazaar Bakery Corporation. Decree affirmed.

Equity action to rescind two written agreements. Before SWENEY, P. J.

Adjudication filed dismissing complaint as to one agreement, dismissing complaint against corporate defendant and certifying complaint against individual defendant on second agreement to law side of court; plaintiff's exceptions dismissed and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed.
