DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 6, 2013, which dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered June 14, 2012, and September 11, 2012, respectively, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a], 670.8[e][1]) and prior order of the Court, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
