An order of this Court having been entered on April 7, 2016 (M-739), dismissing the proceeding transferred to this Court by the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about September 12, 2014, to review the determination of respondent,And petitioner having moved for reinstatement of the aforesaid proceeding, and for a stay of all proceedings pending hearing and determination of the transferred matter, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
