ORDER GRANTING RESPONDENT'S FIRST MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE ANSWER TO PETITION (Doc. 11)
Petitioner is a state prisoner proceeding pro se in a habeas corpus action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On May 28, 2009, respondent filed a motion to extend time to file an answer to the petition for writ of habeas corpus. (Doc. 11). As grounds therefor, Respondent cites delays in receiving documents from the state courts that are necessary to the preparation of a response. Good cause having been presented to the court and GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
Respondent's motion for extension of time (Doc. 11), is GRANTED. Respondent is granted thirty (30) days from the date of service of this order in which to file an answer to the petition.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
