ORDER TO RELEASE ALL LIS PENDENS

THE COURT, having considered the pleadings and papers on file herein, and the Motion to Release all Lis Pendens having come before this Court, and good cause appearing:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Notice of Lis Pendens recorded on November 2,

2010, by Plaintiffs against the real property described as 2020 Barhill Ave., North Las Vegas, NV 89084, identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 124-20-613-011, and recorded as book and instrument number 201011020003222 is hereby expunged and released in full.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Amended Notice of Lis Pendens recorded on December 3, 2010, by Plaintiffs against the real property described as 2020 Barhill Ave., North Las Vegas, NV 89084, identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 124-20-613-011, and recorded as book and instrument number 201012030000359 is hereby expunged and released in full.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Notice of Lis Pendens recorded on March 29, 2011, by Plaintiffs against against the real property described as 2020 Barhill Ave., North Las Vegas, NV 89084, identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 124-20-613-011, and recorded as book and instrument number 201103290000925 is hereby expunged and released in full.
