This case was abated for bankruptcy on July 28, 2015. Before the Court is appellant's motion to reinstate this appeal that includes a December 8, 2016 order from the bankruptcy court dismissing the bankruptcy proceeding.
We REINSTATE the appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 8.3(a).
This case will be submitted in due course.
