On August 28, 2023, the Court issued respondent an Order to Show Cause regarding his compliance with the provisions of Rule 91(f)(2), with proof of service of a copy thereof on petitioner, showing why the matters set forth in petitioner's motion for order to show cause should not be deemed admitted for purposes of the pending case. On September 7, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance informing the Court that they had reached a basis for settlement.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause served on the parties on August 28, 2023, is hereby discharged.
