On July 18, 2023, petitioner filed with the Court a Motion in Limine to exclude documentary evidence identified by respondent in his motion for reconsideration, filed April 19, 2023 (Doc. 106), his response to petitioner's motion for reconsideration, filed June 23, 2023 (Doc. 128), and his response to petitioner's motion to impose sanctions, filed June 23, 2023 (Doc. 129), that was not provided in response to petitioner's second request for interrogatories or petitioner's first request for production. Petitioner's motion states that respondent objects to the granting of the motion.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that on or before August 18, 2023, respondent shall file with the Court a response to petitioner's Motion in Limine.
