This case is currently calendared for trial at a special trial session of the Court beginning on October 2, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia. On July 18, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Continuance, requesting that the Court postpone the trial and schedule this case for a special trial session in either Atlanta, Georgia, or Washington, D.C., commencing on December 4, 2023, or such other date that is convenient for the Court and parties.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that on or before August 2, 2023, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion for Continuance.
