Colin McCullough of McCullough Law Firm, Sac City, for appellee.

Considered by Hecht, P.J., and Vaitheswaran and Eisenhauer, JJ.

Lake View Concrete Products Company (employer) and Hawkeye Security Insurance Company (workers' compensation insurance carrier) appeal from an adverse ruling on their petition for judicial review of final agency action of the Iowa Workers' Compensation Commissioner. Appellants challenge the sufficiency of the evidence supporting the agency's determination that Ron Filmer sustained permanent total disability as a result of an injury sustained in the course and scope of his employment on May 3, 1996. We find substantial evidence supporting the agency's findings of fact and therefore affirm without opinion. See Iowa R.App.P. 6.24 (3).

AFFIRMED.
