This case is calendared for a bifurcated three-week trial at the Court's special session in Atlanta, Georgia, scheduled to begin July 19, 2023.
This case will be tried during the following dates: Wednesday, July 19 through Wednesday July 26, 2023, Wednesday, August 16 through Friday, August 18, 2023, and Tuesday, September 5 through Friday, September 8, 2023.
On May 12, 2023, the parties filed a joint motion for leave to use electronic equipment, requesting that they be allowed to bring various electronic equipment for purposes of managing and displaying exhibits and demonstratives at the above-referenced special session. The parties further request the Court to allow employees from each party to enter the Courtroom to set up the equipment. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that counsel shall communicate to all such persons associated with them that no such equipment shall be used in the courtroom to take photographs or video or to make audio recordings. Counsel shall be responsible for assuring compliance with this Order.
