ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

Currently pending before the Court are the parties' motions for partial summary judgment relating to whether petitioner Lake Jordan Holdings, LLC, Lake Jordan Partners, LLC, Tax Matters Partner claimed its conservation easement contribution as a deduction within the correct taxable year. On May 3, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating the dates that they would be available for a hearing.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is scheduled for hearing on the motions for partial summary judgment at the Court's June 7, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session, to be conducted remotely, at a time and date certain of 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time), on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.

Judge Urda will preside over this hearing.
