SEAN SCOTT LAIRD & KELSEY MARIE LAIRD, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

On October 18, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. However, upon review of that filing, the Court notes that extraneous attachments have been filed therewith. The Court is unable to process the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision at Doc. 9. On October 19, 2022, the parties properly filed a separate Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation, and the Court will enter the decision in due course.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 9), filed October 18, 2022, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
